Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Our return and exchange policy is 10 days after receipt. If 10 days have passed since tracking number shows delivered, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Discounted and Garage Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns

4% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Item must ship with a tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If returned goods do not meet these conditions upon returned receipt, product will be shipped back to customer at the customer’s expense and no refund will be given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not ship back your order without prior communication with a SWMS representative.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective or damaged due to SWMS manufacturing error
  • Incorrect item shipped

Canceled Orders

Canceled orders prior to shipping will incur a 4% restocking fee.
